All rooms of BFA Hotel and Dongyu Island Hotel are distributed by the Secretariat and only serve BFA Board, Council, Partners and some BFA members. For partners, members, we have already reserved the rooms in BFA Hotel and Dongyu Island Hotel. To secure your booking, please accomplish all booking procedures before 15^th of March otherwise the rooms would not be reserved any more.

 

Boao Holliyard Seaview Resort, Boao Comfort Hotel, Boao Asia Bay Resort,  Wyndham Bo'ao Byou Bay, Ramada Hotel and Suites BOAO only accept the booking from the Forum participators; each Confirmation Number could be used for booking one room ONLY which means that you may not book rooms for your staff, drivers and companions without Confirmation Number. To ensure your booking, please accomplish all procedures before 22^ndof March, otherwise we may not be able to serve your accommodation.
