Surayud Chulanont, the Former Prime Minister of Thailand mentioned that besides the large-scale cross-country cooperations, we should not miss those small-scale cooperation as well. He mentioned that there are various cooperations between countries happening near the Mekong river, which includes countries such as Thailand, Myanmar and Laos. These kind of cooperations would also enhance the whole ASEAN economy as well.
