ZENG Peiyan, Former Vice Premier of China mentioned that the only way to tackle the contradiction, like geopolitical issues among countries should be done by countries. 

 

ZENG suggested two ways to resolve the contradictions. First, to hold direct conference among countries and second, to develop and maximize benefits for both countries so as to build up mutual trust.
