LI Zhe, the chairman of the Riverside Group suggested that the future property market in China will become more rational during Session 29 “Soft Landing & the New Normal of the Property Market” on 28 March, 2015.

Mr. LI suggested that under the new governance and market economy initiation, there would be a turning point for the Chinese property market. He believed that this turning point would mark the end of the fluctuation of the Chinese property market and the rationalization of the market.
