March 29th, 2015, in the Boao Forum Annual Conference Dialogue 7—Japan-China CEO Dialogue, Japanese entrepreneurs believe that it would benefit both countries if China could have a more liberal capital market.

They reckon that as China’s economic growth slows down, more M&A would occur, and consequently China should continue to liberalize its capital market.
