On March 29th, 2015, at session 35 "Doing Business the Internet way", ZHANG Yaqin, President of BAIDU, highlighted that the internet should be sensitive to users’ needs. He then mentioned the use of big data to better understand how the customers think.
Zhang added that there is no 'free' stuff on the Internet. What may appear to be free of charge for the customers is most likely profitable in another way.
