At session 39 "Internet Governance" on 29^th March 2015, Rod Beckstrom,  President and CEO of ICANN, used "crazy, crazy and crazy" to describe the internet. He said those 'crazy's have triple meanings: Internet's strong inner dependency, its creation of disruptive innovations and its power to destroy human societies. Rod further explained that in the internet era, people rely on electronic devices to work, communicate and social. While governments may use internet to disclose critical information, hackers can also destroy a person's life through internet.
