Zhang Xinsheng, former Chinese Vice Minister of Education, talked about public media responsibilities in session 41 “Public Figures and Social Responsibility” on 29th March 2015.

Zhang said that public media has supervising power over the public figures. He also mentioned that the market economy itself is not omnipotent, and public media helps supervise and regularize the market activities.
