On March 27, CY Leung, the Chief Executive of HKSAR mentioned that One Belt One Road development would flattens, but also enlarges the economies at the session “The Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21^st Maritime Silk Road: Opportunities for Multinationals and the Role of Hong Kong”.

Leung emphasized that Hong Kong has the high adaptibility to meet extraordianry changes and challenges. Hence, Hong Kong is competitive enough to take the challenge of One Belt One Road.
