At the 2015 Asian Economy Forward-looking Indicator Release on March 27^th during the BOAO Forum for Asia, Li Daokui (School of Economics and Management,Tsinghua University) states that globalization has created different social problems for countries across the globe to adapt to new and respective infrastructure. He emphasizes that China’s decelerated economic growth should not be blamed soley on the internal factors but also the external influences. He stresses that China needs to realize its responsibilities in quickening its economic reform and its duties internally and externally.
