ZHI Shuping

Born in June, 1953, Huairen, Shanxi province, Mr. Zhi Shuping joined the Communist Party of China in March, 1974. Majored in political economics, he obtained the Doctor Degree from Renmin University of China with an economist title, and attended work in July, 1971. Mr. Zhi Shuping served as Deputy Secretary and Secretary of the Communist Youth League in Shanxi Provincial Party Committee, Vice Minister and Minister of Shanxi Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, Standing Committee of the Henan provincial party committee, Minister of Henan Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, and Vice Secretary of Henan Provincial Party Committee. In 2005, he was appointed as Deputy Director of AQSIQ, and Deputy Secretary of Party Committee. In August, 2010, he was appointed as Director of AQSIQ, and Secretary of Party Committee. Mr. Zhi Shuping is the Alternate Member of the 16th Session of Central Committee, Representative of the 10th Session of National People's Congress, Commissioner of the 17th Session of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Member of the 18th Session of the Central Committee.
