Han Nationality, Born in Jan. 1961, Birthplace at Tianzhen County, Shanxi Province. Jun. 1984, joined the Communist party of China. Since Jul. 1977, Started to work. Graduated from Renmin University of China, Master's and Doctorate Degree in Economics, and Senior Economist. Current Position: Vice Mayor of Tianjin Municipal People’s Government. In 1980, Majored in Finance at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (Former Name: Sichuan Finance and Economics College ); After Graduation, worked sequentially as official staff, Deputy Chief and Chief in Planning Department of Chongqing Branch of People's Bank of China(PBOC); In Dec. 1995, Vice President of Chongqing Branch of People's Bank of China(PBOC) and Vice Director General of Chongqing Branch of SAFE( State Administration Of Foreign Exchange ); In Dec. 2002, Worked sequentially as Vice Director General of Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency 1 of People's Bank of China(PBOC), Vice Director of Banking Regulation and Supervision Department 1 and Director of Personnel Department and Director of Organization Department of CPC Committee of China Banking Regulatory Commission(CBRC), Director General and Party Secretary of CBRC Shanghai Office; In Jan. 2011, Assistant of Chairman, member of CPC Committee and Director of General Office of CPC Committee of CBRC; Worked as Vice Chairman, member of CPC Committee of CBRC and held a concurrent position as Director General and Party Secretary of CBRC Beijing Office.
