LI Xiaolin

Chairman of the Board, an Executive director and the Chief Executive Officer of China Power International Development Ltd.

Li Xiaolin, born in 1961, is the Chairman of the Board, an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of China Power International Development Ltd. Ms. Li is a senior engineer and has a master of engineering degree in power system and automation from Tsinghua University and was a visiting scholar at the Sloan Business School of Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States. Ms. Li is currently Vice President of CPI Group, Chairman of CPI Holding, Chairman of the Board of China Power New Energy Development Company Limited and Director of Companhia de Electricidade de Macau. Ms. Li has over 20 years of extensive experience in the power industry in the PRC, especially in power investment and management. She has served as the Commissioner of the International Economic and Trade Division of the Ministry of Electric Power Industry and the Deputy Commissioner of the International Economic and Trade Division of the Ministry of Energy.
