Jean-Marie BOCKEL is Senator of Haut-Rhin, member of the Foreign Affairs, Defence and Armed Forces Committee. He is also President of Mulhouse Alsace Urban Agglomeration. From 2008 to 2010, he was successively Junior Minister in charge of Cooperation, Junior Minister in charge of Defence, and Junior Minister in charge of Justice.
