Deputy Managing Director, IMF
Dr. Min Zhu is the Deputy Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund. Previously, Dr. Zhu served as a Deputy Governor of the People’s Bank of China, and prior to his service at China’s central bank, he was the Group Executive Vice President of the Bank of China. Dr. Zhu also worked at the World Bank and taught economics at both Johns Hopkins University and Fudan University. He is currently a Board Member of the World Economic Forum, a Trustee of Princeton University, an honorary Trustee of Fudan University, and a member of International Council of Business School of the Chicago University. Dr. Zhu received a Ph.D and an M.A. in economics from Johns Hopkins University, an M.P.A. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, and a B.A. in economics from Fudan University.
