Jipeng Liu has qualifications of professor, senior research fellow, senior economist and CPA. He currently serves as the director and Doctor’s tutor of Center for Capital Research at China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). He is the vice president of China Enterprise Reform and Development Society (CERDS). He had been consultants of Tianjin, Chengdu, Nanning Governments, and the former State Power Corporation of China, member of the legal expert group of the mainland enterprises going public to the HK securities markets, members of the seventh and eighth committee of All-China Youth Federation. As a panelist of National People's Congress (NPC), he used to participate in drafting of State-owned Asset Law, amending of Securities Law, Futures Trading Law, and Investment Fund Law. Jipeng Liu is a famous expert in reform of management & ownership structures. He is excellent at the integration of theory and practice about large enterprises and conglomeration. In recent ten years, he has directed programmes about the reform of enterprise’s ownership, IPO, development strategy, M&A and financing project for nearly 200 Chinese enterprises (including National Power Corporation, Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Chinalco, Haier Group, Hainan Airlines Group, Wanxiang Group, Li Ning Company, Tianjin Development Zone Corporation etc.) in many different industries of over 20 provinces. He was named by the media as "The First Person of Enterprise Reform".
