Yan Xiaoming, vice president of China Media Group. From September, 1983 to February, 2018, he worked as a librarian at the People's Daily library; correspondent, chief correspondent of the news department at the Shanxi Bureau of the People's Daily; deputy chief and chief of the Beijing Bureau of the People’s Daily; director of the Beijing Head Office of the People’s Daily; member of the editorial board, secretary general and deputy editor-in-chief of the People's Daily; member of the leading group of the State Administration of Press, Publishing, Radio, Film and Television (SAPPRFT); and president of China National Radio. He took the present post in March, 2018.
