Phillip C. CHEN is Chairman of Bank SinoPac since December 2017. Before this position, he was assigned as President & CEO of SinoPac Financial Holdings, Bank SinoPac’s parent company, in July 2017, from Chairman of SinoPac Call Center, a position he served for 10 years. Mr. Chen joined International Bank of Taipei as a Board Director in 1994. Later in 2006, since a new Bank SinoPac was created in the merger of equals between Bank SinoPac under SinoPac Holdings and International Bank of Taipei, he was elected a Board Director of SinoPac Financial Holdings ever since. Mr. Chen received his MBA degree from University of Virginia, Darden School of Business in 1987.
