Bikash Kali DAS was born in 1985 in INDIA, graduated from Dali University, P.R.C. DAS has s strong keen interest in the Chinese culture. In 2018, he established a Chinese Cultural Center at Pondicherry in India and took as the Founder and Secretary there. Currently, DAS has been committed to enhancing and enriching people-to-people relations between India and China in the fields of education and culture. He grasps English, India, and can speak Chinese.
