Khim Vuthy, born in May 1980, is a Ph.D. student in political science, specializing in management, journalism and political commentary. He is currently the Director General of National Television of Kampuchea (TVK). He joined TVK in 1998. From 1999 to 2000:, he was transferred to the Radio National of Kampuchea; from 2009 to 2012, he served as an assistant in TVK (department and bureau level). During 2012 to 2017, he served as the Deputy Director General of TVK. He officially served as Director General of TVK. Since September 2018, he has been serving as a private consultant to Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, equivalent to the Deputy Secretary of State.
