Appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for Deloitte Asia Pacific in September 2018, Cindy leads a team of 2,800 partners and 45,000 professionals across 17 countries. She is also a member of Deloitte's Global Executive Committee. Cindy is passionate about providing bold and visionary leadership. Her vision is for Deloitte to become the undisputed leader in professional services by providing better solutions and outcomes for its clients and leading the firm to making an enduring social, cultural and economic impact. Cindy is committed to disrupting the professional services sector and embraces innovation to develop different approaches to serving clients and driving growth. Prior to her current role Cindy served as the Chief Executive Officer for Deloitte Australia from 2015 to 2018 and lead Deloitte's Audit & Assurance practice in Australia from 2009 to 2014. She was educated in the United States and worked for 20 years as a certified public accountant for Deloitte in San Francisco. Cindy is well known for her strong support of diversity & inclusion and wellbeing. In 2018 she was named in Australian Financial Review's annual Power issue as one of the top five most powerful people in consulting and in 2016 was named in the publication's 100 Women of Influence Awards as a Finalist. She lives in Singapore with her husband and 2 sons.
