Han, was born in 1963. Mr. OUYANG Weimin has taken as the Vice Governor of Guangdong province since 2018. He obtained his Ph.D degree from the History of Chinese Economic Thought, Fudan Univercity. From 1999 to 2000, he was the Deputy Director General, People’s Bank of China. From 2000 to 2003, he was appointed as the President of People’s Bank, China Xiamen Sub-branch & Director General, Xiamen City State Administration of Foreign Exchange. During 2003 to 2007, he took as the Director General, China Anti-Money Laundering Monitoring and Analysis Center. From 2007 to 2011, he was the Director General, Payment and Settlement Department of People’s Bank of China. During 2011 to 2013 he was the Deputy Mayor, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. From 2013 to 2014, he took as the Deputy Mayor, Guangzhou & Secretary of the CPC Zengcheng Committee, Guangzhou. During 2014 to 2015, he was the Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Guangzhou Committee & Secretary of CPC Zengcheng Committee, Guangzhou. During 2015 to 2016, he was the Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guangzhou Committee & Deputy Mayor of Guangzhou. From 2016 to 2018, he took as the Deputy Secretary, CPC Guangzhou Committee.
