Mr. Chen Feng’s career is deeply rooted in the aviation industry. He graduated from the Lufthansa College of Air Transport Management in Germany in 1983 and received an MBA from Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands in 1996. He enjoyed special government allowances granted by the State Council in October 1994. He completed advanced studies in senior management at Harvard Business School in 2004. Mr. Chen once worked at the Civil Aviation Administration of China and the National Air Regulations Bureau in China. He also served as the Aviation Business Advisor to the Provincial Governor of Hainan Province and led the formation of Hainan Provincial Airlines. Mr. Chen was the Representative of the 16th, 17th & 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Committee Member of the 10th & 11th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Moreover, Mr. Chen was honored as “Ten Meritorious Entrepreneurs in Hainan”, “Excellent Builders of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics” and with many other awards due to his excellence in business and entrepreneurship.
