Since the beginning of 2014, Aldo Fumagalli is President of Candy SpA and Director of Business Sector  "Washing Appliances" , the most important Sector of Candy Group in terms of manufacturing volumes and total sales. From 2003 until 2014, he was CEO Candy Group. He joined Candy since 1985 after graduating in electronic engineering at the Milan Polytechnic University and achieving a Master in Business Administration degree from the SDA-Bocconi University in Milan. He was head of the Oven and Microwave Division and General Manager of the Gasfire subsidiary in 1987, and later the General Manager, Group’s Cooking Division. Appointed Group’s Marketing Director in 1994, he was then Chairman, Zerowatt (1999) and Managing Director, Candy Elettrodomestici. Since November 2011, he is President UCID (Christian Union of Entrepreneurs and Executives) for Monza-Brianza Section. After the Haier takeover finalized in January 2019, he is Board Director of the European HQ of the Haier Group and President of Beldofin, the Asset Company of the family wealth. Aldo Fumagalli, Peppino's son, was born in Monza in 1959.
