Tony Han is CEO & co-founder of WeRide, China’s leading autonomous driving company focusing on L4 self-driving technology. Tony is specialized in computer vision, machine learning and speech recognition. Before establishing WeRide, he was former Chief Scientist of Baidu's Autonomous Driving Unit. He was not only tenured professor of electrical & computer engineering at the University of Missouri (MU), but also Director of Computer vision and machine learning lab. What’s more, Tony was the original contributor of DeepSpeech2, which was selected as one of ten breakthrough technologies in 2016 by MIT Technology Review.
