In 2015, Nancy as Chemist Warehouse China Division CEO, opened CW's exclusive flagship store in Tmall Internation , heading CW to Chinese market. With in-depth understanding and relationship with Chinese market, Nancy seizes the opportunity of cross-border e-commerce market which helped CW to quickly complete the development of Chinese market in the past three years and keep  Tmall Internation top one sale for the three consecutive years. Meanwhile, CW is also a major sponsor of a number of charities, and has cooperated with charitable foundations such as Liptember, Gotcha4life, Save Our Sons and Share the Dignity for a long time.
