Mr. Li Baofang Ever held the post of secretary of Party committee of Guizhou Liuzhi Special Zone; Municipal Standing Committee, Secretary of Politics and Law Committee and executive vice mayor of Guizhou Province Liupanshui City; the general manager and deputy secretary of Party committee of Guizhou Province Development and Investment Company; vice chairman of the Guizhou Shuihong Railway Co., Ltd.; director and party secretary of Guizhou Province Economic and Information Commission; secretary of Provincial Committee of National  Defense Industry. He is currently the Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, Vice-president, General Manager of China Kweichow Moutai Distillery (Group) Co., Ltd. and Agent of the General Manager of Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd.
