Li Yingchuan, male, Han, born in January 1960 in Fuyang Anhui. Started work in February 1982 and joined the Party in May 1994. PhD in Education, professor and PhD supervisor. Graduated from former Beijing Sports Normal University in 1982 and served as deputy director of foreign affair office and the head of sports department. Studied abroad in Cortland of State University of New York in 1985 and taught in Japan from 1992 to 1994. Director general and secretary of the leading Party members’ group of Beijing Sports Bureau since April 2010. Assistant to the director general of General Administration of Sport of China since 18th May, 2015 and deputy director general of General Administration of Sport of China since May 2017.
