Since its inception nearly 20 years ago, CEC Capital has been standing on the forefront of the TMT, consumer, and healthcare sectors in China. Headquartered in Beijing, the firm also has offices in Shanghai, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. CEC Capital has two business segments—investment banking and asset management. Its investment banking services are centered around capital raises and M&A advisory. In the past three years, CEC Capital has raised over $20 billion for its clients worldwide. The firm also manages a USD fund and an RMB fund with a combined AUM of over RMB3 billion. Mr. Wang has more than 20 years of experiences in investment banking and has helped numerous startups grow into market leaders and industry powerhouses.  Prior to founding CEC Capital, he had worked at JP Morgan Chase and Goldman Sachs. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
