Former Vice Minister, Ministry of Commerce, PRC

Mr. Liao Xiaoqi, graduated from Peking University. Mr. Liao served as director of Policy and System Department of Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade, economic and commercial counsellor of China's ambassador to Lithuania, chief of the General Office of the State Council, full-time deputy director of GA of the National Science, Technology and Education Leading Group, and Vice Minister of Ministry of Commerce of PRC. From 2009 to 2015, he was commissioned as chairman of China World Trade Center, and was a member of the 11th National Committee of the CPPCC.
