Mr. Liu Hualong is the Chairman and Executive Director of CRRC Group Co., Ltd. and CRRC Corporation Limited and professorate Senior Engineer with solid industrial knowledge and profound management experience in rail equipment manufacturing industry. Prior to this, he held various senior management positions including the Vice General Manager, Vice Chairman and General Manager, Chairman and General Manager of Qiqihar Rolling Stock Works, the Vice President, the Executive Director and Vice President, the Executive Director and President of CSR Corporation Limited, the Executive Director and President of CRRC Group and concurrently the Vice Chairman and Executive Director of CRRC Corporation Limited. Mr. Liu holds the senior professional manager qualification granted by China Enterprise Confederation and China Enterprise Directors Association.
