A leading authority in economics and finance in China, and is recognized for his academic works in Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, and the Chinese Economy. He is the author of “Big to Brilliant: The Second Expedition of Corporate China”, “Corporate China 2.0: The Great Shakeup” and “Finance in Asia: Institutions, Regulation and Policy”. Dr. Liu is a member of the 17th Public Offering Review Committee of CSRC, and he is the “Chang Jiang Scholar” Special Term Professor awarded by the Ministry of Education and the winner of Distinguished Young Talent Award of the National Science Foundation. He holds a PhD in Economics from UCLA, an MA in International Finance from the Graduate School of People's Bank of China, and a BS in Economics and Mathematics from the Renmin University of China.
