Graduated with a Master’s Degree. 1987-1989: Staff member, Department of West Asian and North African Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China (MFA). 1989-1994: Staff member, Commercial Representation of the People’s Republic of China in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Attaché, Third Secretary, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 1994-1997: Third Secretary, Deputy Division Director, Department of West Asian and North African Affairs, MFA. 1997-1999: Second Secretary, First Secretary, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.1999-2002: First Secretary, Counselor, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Arab Republic of Egypt. 2002-2006: Counselor, Deputy Director-General, Department of West Asian and North African Affairs, MFA. 2006-2008: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Iraq. 2008-2010: Minister, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. 2010-2015: Director-General, Department of West Asian and North African Affairs, MFA. 2015-2017: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Singapore. 2017- Now: Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs
