Chair of Troms County Government, Norway

Willy Ornebakk was born on May 5, 1960 in Stokmarknes, Norway, and is 58 years old. He was trained as an officer in the Norwegian army. From 1997 to 2013, he was the member of the Sami Parliament; then he was in the position of the Executive Councillor of Planning and Business Development, Troms County Government. In 2015, he was the Executive Councillor of Business Development, Culture and Health, Troms County Government. Since June 2017, he has been the Chair of Troms County Government.
