Ms. Jennifer Qin is the Lead Partner of Investment Management for Deloitte Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Deloitte China in 2008, Jennifer had over 11 years of experience in providing audit, internal control and advisory services for a number of world renowned investment banks and security brokerage firms, such as Merrill Lynch and UBS, in Deloitte's New York and London offices. She is often invited to participate in discussions and resolutions on multiple bills in relation to investment management, and provides special trainings on risk management, financial instruments and accounting policies for various regulatory bodies and large financial institutions on a regular basis. Currently, Jennifer serves as a special advisor for the International Business Committee of Asset Management Association of China, and is a member for the Insurance Asset Management Products Committee of the Insurance Asset Management Association of China. As the founder of Deloitte China Blockchain Lab and Chairwoman of Deloitte China Rubix, Jennifer has been frequently invited by the General Office of the State Council, the People's Bank of China and China Securities Regulatory Commission to provide special lectures on blockchain and discuss its development trends with regulators. Jennifer is a licensed CPA in the United States.
