Dr.GU Xueming is a Member of the 13th the National Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), President, Chief Expert, Secretary of the Party Committee, Senior Research Fellow, PhD Tutor of the National High-End Think Tank of Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation, MOFCOM, and a Panel Member of Top Level Design of National Development Strategy of Innovation Drive and Director of China Arms Control and Disarmament Association (CACDA). His research fields include opening-up and development strategies, bilateral and multilateral trade relations, international trade and investment, industry development strategy, regional economy, domestic trade circulation, brand strategy, etc. As an expert advisor, he has participated in the drafting and consultative work of a number of major policies and decision-makings of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and the State Council, and has led and finished hundreds of research projects of national, provincial and ministerial level.
