Chief Scientist, Visionox

Zhang Deqiang graduated from Tsinghua University with a bachelor’s degree in 1996 and received his Doctor of Science degree from Tsinghua University in 2001. Now he is the chief expert at Visionox. Dr. Zhang’s research interests include organic light-emitting device (OLED), with research topics covering the interface of organic films, OLED technology and related luminescent mechanism. He is committed to promoting the industrialization of OLED. Since 1996, he has been working on research and development of OLED technology, construction of OLED pilot line and production line, planning of OLED products as well as corporate governance for 21 years. Dr. Zhang has published more than 20 OLED-related research papers and applied for 30-odd patents for invention. His honors and awards include the First Prize for National Technological Invention in 2011 and the Special Allowance of the State Council in 2014.
