Zhang Guoli, born in 1955 in Tianjin. Member of the CPPCC(China People’s Political Consultative Conference) National Committee, national actor, director, producer and host. He has participated in the movie “The strangers in Beijing” in 1995 and won the 19th Popular Film Awards for Best Actor. In 1998, he starring in TV play “Kangxi incognito travel” and won the 16th Golden Eagle Award for Best Actor. In 2001, he starring in the movie “A Sigh” and won the Best Actor in 2008 Beijing College Student Film Festival. He starring in the TV play “Golden Wedding” in 2008 and won the Best Actor of the Magnolia Award at the 14th Shanghai Television Festival. In 2009 he was named as the Outstanding Contributors for Flying Apsaras Award. He won the 29th China Golden Rooster Award for Best Actor in the film “1942” in 2013. He has also hosted the CCTV New Year’s Gala in 2014. In 2016, he served as chairman for the 22nd Shanghai Television Festival Magnolia Award jury. He attended the Fourth Session of the 12th CPPCC National Committee on March 3, 2016. On April 27, 2017, he was awarded the 2017 Global Mobile Internet Conference X Special Event Charitable Charity Figure for his charity project “National Love Fund”.
