Mr. Li Jianhong currently serves as Chairman of China Merchants Group Limited, concurrently Chairman of China Merchants Bank, Chairman of China Merchants Renhe Insurance, Vice President of APEC China Business Council, President of ICC Commission on Customs and Trade Facilitation, Vice President of Silk Road Business Council China Committee. He previously served as Head of COSCO (Nantong) Shipyard, General Manager of COSCO Industry Company, Assistant President, Chief Economist, Executive Vice President of COSCO, concurrently Chairman of COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Limited, Chairman of Sino-Ocean Land Holdings, Chairman of COSCO Shipyard Group, Chairman of Nantong COSCO KHI Ship Engineering etc.. Mr. Li acquired an MBA degree from University of East London and a Master degree in Economics & Management from Jilin University. He is a certified Senior Economist.
