A cultural worker, industrialist, socialist as well as the major planner and promoter of Boao Asian Forum. The first Chinese, who was rewarded the TV director award by 28th “New York international film festival” through the TV documentary “Little Wooden House”. As the major promoter, who has successfully conducted and been continuing the Chinese and Japanese Television Festival since 1984. Established Japan Showgroup in 1989. Conceived the plan to develop and build Boao Aquapolis in November, 1992, when Boao was still a small fishing village. To be elected as the vise chairman of Boao Forum for Asia in April, 2002, which was held at Boao Aquapolis. To be elected as Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Plitical Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chinese People’s Plitical Consultative Conference in March, 2003. To be elected as the member and secretary-general of 21st century China/Japan committee in February, 2005. To be elected as the executive chairman of Chinese year 2007 in JAPAN & The 9th World Chinese Entrepreneur Convention (WCEC), 2005. The Chairman of Chambow Group.
