PARK, Seung Chul, he is the president of Seoul Media Institute of Technology (SMIT)  in Seoul, Korea.  SMIT is a graduate school specializing in media at Sangam Media City in Seoul.  Most famous broadcasting cooperations such as  MBC, KBSN, SBS, JTBC, YTN and Chanel A, etc. and media related firms are located in Sangam Media Complex.  SMIT plays the most important role in leading the education, research, talent training and industry-academia cooperation in Sangam Media Complex.  He has been serving as a scientist, educator, and university manager for 30 years. During his tenure, he served as a member of a committee of national councils and a member of international organizations.  He led the restructuring of Korean universities as chairman of the Private University sector in University Reform Committee in Korea. He served as a national representative to International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry(IUPAC). He also served as a commission for IUPAC.  He served as visiting professors and Fellows for University of Cambridge, Emory University and Institute for Molecular Science. He received the President Award from Blue House of Korean Government for contributions to Education and Science.  He has listed in "Who’s Who in the World" since 1999.
