Before joining the internet industry, Kelvin served as a pharmaceutical sales representative of Bayer AG from 2002 to 2003.

Kelvin started his career as an obstetrician and gynecologist. Kelvin obtained his Bachelor’s degree in clinical medicine from the West China Center of Medical Sciences, Sichuan University, where he stayed for four years after graduation as a resident doctor.
