Vice Chairman of NDRC

Vice Chairman Wang Xiaotao, was born in October 1960, a native of Shandong Province. He graduated from Department of Electrical Engineering of Thisnghua University and was rewarded Bachelor and Master of Engineering.

In 2008, he took the position of Director-General of Department of Fixed Assets Investment of NDRC. In April 2014, he was appointed Deputy Secretary General of NDRC. He became Vice Chairman of NDRC in December 2014.
