The Opening Ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference 2017 will be held on March 25 at 09:00 at the BFA Main Hall, Level II, BFA International Convention Center (ICC).  As per security requirements, all roads leading to the BFA ICC will be subject to traffic control from 08:15. If you are staying outside of the BFA Hotel & Dongyu Island Hotel, please be sure to arrive at BFA ICC before 08:15. The organizing committee will provide transport to BFA ICC starting at 06:30 on the 25th.

All guests are subject to thorough security check prior to admission for the Opening Ceremony. Admission time for delegates starts from 07:30  and ends at 08:30.
