Mr. Li Jianhua serves as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) of Didi Chuxing Group. Didi Chuxing is the one-stop transportation platform developed by Beijing Xiaoju Technology Ltd. Mr. Li Jianhua joined Didichuxing Group at August 2015. Mr. Li Jianhua obtained the Ph. D from Renmin University at age of 27. He also achieved two Master Degrees of Law from the Warwick Law School and Zhejiang University. He had been awarded a full Cheven Scholarship from the British Council. Mr. Li Jianhua had worked in the Chinese Embassy in the United States for 5 years, served as the press officer and the spokesman. He has long term working experience in Chinese government, served as director and director-general. He frequently participated in drawing up the White Papers and the important documents on internet-relates issues for Chinese Government. He has participated in Sino-US and Sino-EU negotiations and dialogues many times as Chinese government internet affairs representative.
