Kevin Fenn, the founder and CEO of both OSELL and OConnect, is a representative entrepreneur of the cross-border E-commerce industry of China. Graduated from Tongji university majoring Architecture, Kevin Fenn went to McGill university of Canada for further study where he got his master degree of computer science. Mr. Fenn established China’s first private IP network in the 90s, which took up 70% of the total market share. During his studies in Canada, he created an internet community called Aimoo that ranked within the top five in terms of BBS network flow in North America for three consecutive years.
