Executive Vice President, Cargill Inc.

Todd Hall is responsible for strategy, execution and profit and loss for Cargill’s protein and salt businesses. He serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of Cargill’s Executive Team. He has extensive experience with animal protein and salt businesses, having been platform leader of Cargill Animal Protein and Salt (CAPS) from 2008 until 2014. He was also platform leader for Cargill Animal Nutrition. Todd joined Cargill in 1982, and held general management positions in animal nutrition between 1982 and 1998. He became president of the Animal Nutrition business in 2004. He remains a member of Cargill’s Corporate Food Safety Risk Committee, Cargill’s People Team and previously served as a member of the Tartan leadership team. Todd earned a bachelor degree in Animal Science from Iowa State University and serves as Co-Chair of the Global Resource Systems (GRS) Advisory Council in the college of Agriculture and Life Sciences. He also currently serves on the Board of Twin Cities (Minn.) Habitat for Humanity. Todd and his wife, Lori, live in Orono, Minnesota and have three grown sons.
