Mr. Han Ying graduated from Capital Normal University in 1987, stayed in school to teach after graduation, served as secretary of the Communist Youth League of Capital Normal university. In 1995 he joined AsiaInfo as an entrepreneurial role, engaged in user billing system software development platform of telecom operators, in 2000 AsiaInfo has became the first Chinese Internet company listed on NASDAQ in the United States, also it  currently ranked the second place in the area. In 1999 Mr. Han Ying was invited by the shareholders of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Shanghai municipal government, the Ministry of railways and the Ministry of radio to found China Netcom as vice president. Established China Netcom Group in 2003, worked as the vice president of Beijing Netcom Company China .Mr. Han Ying graduated from CKGSB in 2005, received the bachelor's degree in business administration. In 2007 Han Ying founded Viva New Media (Beijing Weiwang Ming Information Technology Co., Ltd.), the company's main products are client  "Viva Changdu" for high-end readers , and " Guang Yue Tong" as intelligent content trading platform. By the first half of 2016, VIVA Media and Guang Yue Tong has more than 50 million monthly active users, and total of two hundred million users, it is the China leading influential new media company.
