Mr. Wu Weixiong is the chairman and the secretary of the Party committee of Hainan Rural Credit Union. With more than 30-year experience in the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area, Mr. Wu Weixiong used to be the director and the secretary of the Party committee of Haikou LUONIUSHAN Comprehensive Agricultural Development Zone,  the chairman of Agriculture Haikou& Industry & Trade (LUONIUSHAN) Co., Ltd., the deputy mayor of Haikou, the executive commissioner of the Political Consultation Committee of Hainan Province, the executive commissioner of 4^th and 5^th Political Consultation Committee of Hainan Province, etc.In 1988, Mr. Wu was entitled “National Young and Middle Aged Expert Who Made Outstanding Achievement”.In 1988, Mr. Wu was awarded “The National Best Entrepreneur in Cattle and Poultry Raising” by 1^st National Election of the Best Entrepreneur in Cattle and Poultry Raising. In 1989, Mr. Wu was entitled “National Model Worker” by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China.In 1989, Mr. Wu was entitled “National Innovative Young Person” by the Communist Youth League.In 1992, Mr. Wu was entitled “State Allowance Expert” by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China.In 1993, Mr. Wu was entitled “National Good Young Leader” by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC and toured many places like Great Hall of the People to make speech as the member of “Nine People Report Group”.In 1994, Mr. Wu was entitled “National Model Technical Specialist at the Young Age” by the State Science and Technology Commission, China Association for Science and Technology and the Communist of Youth League.In 1995, Mr. Wu was again entitled “National Model Worker” by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China.
