袁仁国，男，汉族，1956年10月出生，贵州仁怀人，中共党员，硕士研究生，高级经济师。现任贵州省委委员，中国贵州茅台酒厂（集团）有限责任公司董事长，贵州茅台酒股份有限公司董事长。系中共十七大代表，第十届全国人大代表，享受国务院特殊津贴专家，国家级非物质文化遗产项目代表性传承人，荣获“全国劳动模范”、“中国酿酒大师”等称号，兼任中国酒业协会副理事长、中国食品工业协会副会长、中国企业联合会副会长等职。在全国白酒行业率先提出了“文化酒”、“八个营销”等理念，发表了《迎接酒文化时代的春天》等多篇论文，出版了文集《醉美茅台》，与人合编了《中国酒文化大典》、《红色茅台》等文集。

Yuan Renguo, Male, Born in Oct.1956 in Renhuai City, Guizhou Province, Communist of Party of China. Master Degree, Candidate and Senior Economist, Member of CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee. Chairman of China Kweichow Moutai Distillery (Group) Co., Ltd and Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd.. Yuan Renguo proposed the concepts of “Wine of Culture”, “Eight Marketing” and has published many articles, such as Meeting the era of wine culture in the spring, the corpus Drunk Beauty Maotai, co-edited Chinese wine culture ceremony and Red Moutai (Eds.). He has been elected as a representative of the Tenth National People’s Congress and 17th Communist Party Congress. He who has won the title of “National Model Worker” and “Chinese Winemakers” is considered as one of the representatives of national intangible culture heritage inheritors and enjoys the special allowance of State Council. He serves as Vice President of the Chinese Wine Industry Association Vice President, Vice President of China Food Industry Association, Vice President of China Business Association and Chinese Entrepreneur Association.
